Please review turnaround times before ordering:

✨ Custom Preorders — Approx. 6–8 Weeks
Custom items are made specifically for you and will be mailed directly to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please include your team/school, colors, personalization, and other requests in the Notes section at checkout. A mock-up will be sent for approval before production.

✨ Non-Custom Preorders — Approx. 2–4 Weeks
This includes items such as sequin tops and purses. These items do not require customization and have a shorter estimated turnaround time.

📅 Preorders are submitted weekly. Tuesday is the last day to order for that week's submission.

⚠️ Custom items are final sale. No returns or exchanges.

Turnaround times are estimates and begin after the preorder closes.
